Services

Audio visual systems, from a single room to a whole building

Design, supply, installation, programming, commissioning and service — delivered under one contract so the room has one owner.

What we install

Core capabilities

Every system below is designed for the specific room it goes into. We do not resell a fixed package and hope the acoustics cooperate.

Meeting and boardroom systems

Wall displays or short-throw projection, ceiling or table microphones, echo cancellation and one-touch joining for Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Webex rooms. Wireless presentation for guests who will not install anything.

Conferencing

Auditorium and lecture theatre AV

Laser projection and large-format screens, lectern and radio microphones, assistive listening, lecture capture feeds and stage lighting control for halls, council chambers, chapels and teaching spaces.

Large rooms

Digital signage and video walls

Tiled LCD walls, direct-view LED and standalone signage screens, with players, structural mounts, service access and content scheduling for foyers, retail floors, cafeterias and operations rooms.

Vision

Sound reinforcement and paging

Distributed background music, zoned paging and full front-of-house systems. Loudspeakers positioned for even coverage, then tuned on site with DSP so speech stays intelligible in the back row.

Audio

Control systems and automation

Touch panels, button panels and scheduling integration programmed around the way the room is used — power, source selection, volume, blinds and lighting scenes on one screen a visitor can read at a glance.

Control

Service, maintenance and upgrades

Preventive checks, fault attendance, firmware and configuration management, and staged upgrades of ageing equipment — including systems installed by someone else, once we have surveyed them.

Also included

The parts nobody quotes for

A working room needs more than a display and a microphone. These items are in our scope by default, because leaving them out is how a system ends up half-finished at practical completion.

  • Structural mounting checks and bracket selection for the wall or ceiling build-up
  • Cable schedules, containment coordination and first fix set-out with the electrical trade
  • AV network requirements agreed with your IT team before equipment is ordered
  • Rack elevation drawings with spare capacity designed in
  • Labelling of every cable, plate and rack unit
  • User training and a one-page room guide left in the space

Sectors

Spaces we work in

Different rooms fail in different ways. These are the environments our designs are shaped around.

Corporate and professional offices Boardrooms, huddle spaces, training rooms and all-hands areas, standardised across floors and sites.
Education Classrooms, lecture theatres, libraries and hall systems built to survive daily use by many different operators.
Local government and community Council chambers, community halls and meeting rooms with recording, assistive listening and public address.
Hospitality and venues Function rooms, bars and event spaces with zoned audio, signage and simple staff-facing control.
Healthcare and aged care Education rooms, waiting-area signage and paging systems designed for clear speech and low maintenance.
Industrial and logistics Operations displays, toolbox meeting rooms and site-wide paging that stays audible over plant noise.

Not sure which of these the room needs?

Describe the space and what has to happen in it. We will work back from that to a system, rather than forward from a product list.
